What you can store
How it works
Your vault passphrase never leaves your device. Keys are derived locally via Argon2id, then used to encrypt everything with AES-256-GCM before it reaches our servers.
Add up to 10 heirs. Your vault key is split into cryptographic shares using Shamir's Secret Sharing — no single heir, and not even us, can access your vault alone.
When a trusted heir submits an access request, you receive a notification with a veto window. After review and approval, heirs receive their shares to reconstruct the key.
Security architecture
Our server never sees your data. Even under a court order, a breach, or an insider threat — the ciphertext we store is mathematically indecipherable without your passphrase, which only you hold.
